Check the real cost of a travel offer

Compare what is included, not only the headline number.

Use the same scope

Two offers can have different inclusions. A transport-only quote cannot be compared directly with a package that includes accommodation or entry tickets. Write down the trip dates, number of travelers and services covered before comparing totals. This guide uses your quotes and does not retrieve or endorse offers.

Account for fees

Check taxes, booking fees, parking, tolls, driver allowances and any distance limits where relevant. Ask the provider to explain additional charges before booking. Do not infer that an attractive displayed price covers every cost.

Suppose one quote is 3,000 plus 600 in fees and another is 3,400 including the same services. The comparable totals are 3,600 and 3,400. The second is 200 lower for that defined scope. If the service differs, the arithmetic alone cannot determine which is better.

Read the conditions

Refund rules, date restrictions, minimum group sizes and payment deadlines can change the practical value of a quote. Save the provider's written terms with the booking. Check that the travel dates and pickup arrangements match your plan before paying.

Turn the chosen quote into a group budget

Include a chosen transport quote in other costs when using our planner. If transport fuel is already included, avoid adding it again: set the distance or fuel price to zero and explain that choice to the group. Add only the remaining shared expenses.

The cheapest total may not meet the group's timing or access needs. Compare those separately and record the reason for the final choice. Keep quotes and receipts private; this site does not collect them or negotiate with providers on your behalf.
